More recently we have developed a modular lower cost set of prefabricated set of structural solar canopy projects which can be dropped into our our modular rooftop deck system. The SMARTROOF Solar Garden. This prefabricated package arrives by crane and can be installed in 2 weeks. The ‘all in one modular’ design combines a High Line style green garden, deck, kitchenette and even an option for a compact glazed greenhouse and solar lounger volume. These architectural features are integrated seamlessly with a series of cost cutting energy services and can provide resilience in times of emergency. SMARTROOF ‘Solar Garden + Lounge Package
We will be launching this ‘off the shelf’ product package in Q3 2024. This Package combines renewable solar energy to power your property or your EV car parked below, via an energy management system with plugs into your Property’s meter. This Package comes with $7.4KW of solar power as a base line, which in conjunction with an optional battery, can provide you with enough power to run the essentials of you property (heat pump, refrigeration, Green house venting, Heating/ cooling systems for up to 4 days* in the case of an energy grid outage, or simply allow you to manage and constantly minimize your electrical utility bill as close to zero as possible, on a daily basis with our having to lift a finder. It’s all automated.
By integrating Energy Production, Energy Storage and Energy distribution systems with ann anrchitecturally designed deck and garden recreation area, our solution not only saves money by adds at least 15% to your property value. By acquiring an SMART ROOF. Solar Garden as energy independent as possible (depends on the size and shape of your Flat ROOF) while adding a sustainable, highly productive food producing, water collecting and self irrigating Garden and place of repose - a ‘Green Oases in the sky’ some call it - which adds immediately to your properties real estate value. Because it is fully prefabricated, and assembled in our factory before arrival, the unit arrives ‘FULLY WIRED’.
